Pre-analysis
The script is read against the memo, answers are mapped to questions, and provisional marks are proposed with citations.
Marker decision
Nothing is auto-graded. A marker confirms, adjusts or rejects every suggestion with the rationale in view.
Lock and record
On release, each page is SHA-256 hashed into an immutable record backed by an append-only audit trail.
